1 cup milk

6 eggs

1/2 cup Old Home All-Natural Peanut Butter

4 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

8 slices bread

Peanut Butter Caramel Sauce:

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1 stick butter

1/2 cup heavy cream, at room temperature

1/2 cup Old Home All-Natural Peanut Butter

Two bananas (sliced into 1/4-1/2 inch slices)

Granola (optional)

Powdered sugar (optional)

First prepare the Old Home All-Natural Peanut Butter┬áCaramel Sauce 1. Melt the sugar: In a saute pan over medium heat, add the brown sugar and allow it to melt while whisking. 2. Melt the butter: Once melted, add the butter and continuously whisk while melting until everything is smooth. 3. Add the cream: Turn off the heat and slowly pour in the heavy cream while whisking until smooth. (Don’t get hit with the splatter!) 4. Add the Old Home All-Natural Peanut Butter: Add the peanut butter and turn the heat back on to low to help it melt into the caramel sauce while whisking for just under a minute. Remove from the heat, serve warm. Yields 2 cups Old Home Peanut Butter French Toast 1. Whisk together milk, eggs, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a large bowl. 2. Heat the oil in a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. 3. Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Place banana slices and granola (optional) on top of the peanut butter French toast. Drizzle French toast and plate with the peanut butter caramel. Lightly dust with powdered sugar (optional).
