  1. Prepare mashed potatoes using the stove heating instructions as directed on the packaging. Once heated, stir in butter, cheese, and 1 tbsp of the pesto.

  2. Transfer to a serving dish. Add the other 1 tbsp of pesto to the top of the potatoes. Using a spoon, gently stir to swirl throughout the potatoes. Garnish with more Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
